At Larenty, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve the situation. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for exchanges, returns and refunds on products purchased from our online store.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Return by Cancellation)
In accordance with consumer protection laws applicable in the United Kingdom and the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a product or service bought online within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:
- Deadline: The return request must be communicated to Larenty within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
- Condition of the product: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with all original tags and labels attached, and with no signs of use or damage. All accessories, manuals and proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be included.
- Communication: The request must be made through our customer service channels (email or contact form on the website), stating the order number and reason for withdrawal.
1.1 Return Procedure for Withdrawal
Upon receiving your request, Larenty will:
- Review the request – We will verify whether the request is within the established deadline and conditions.
- Return Authorisation – If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Depending on the reason for return and our policy, a prepaid return shipping label may be provided. You must package the product appropriately to avoid damage in transit.
- Product Inspection – Upon receipt, the product will be inspected to verify it meets the return conditions (unused, original packaging, etc.).

Refund – If the product is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Credit/debit card: The refund will be processed to the original card used within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
- Other payment methods: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, or an agreed alternative, within 10 to 15 business days following return approval.
2. Exchange for Defective or Faulty Products
If the product has a manufacturing defect or fault, you may request an exchange or return within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
- Deadline: The request must be communicated to Larenty within the legal timeframe from the date of receipt.
- Communication: Contact us immediately, providing the order number, a description of the defect, and, where possible, photos or videos evidencing the fault.
2.1 Exchange Procedure for Defective Items
- Preliminary Assessment – Our team will carry out a preliminary review and, if necessary, request the product to be sent in for technical assessment.
- Returning the product – If return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and proof of purchase.
- Technical Assessment – The product will be assessed by our technical team or the manufacturer to confirm the defect.

Defect confirmed: You may choose between:
- Exchange for the same product (subject to stock availability).
- Store credit to the value of the product for a future purchase.
- Full refund of the amount paid (as per section 1.1).
- Defect not confirmed: If no defect is found or the product shows signs of misuse, Larenty reserves the right to return the product to the customer in the same condition, without entitlement to exchange or refund. Return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

3. Exchange for Size or Colour (Without Defect)
For products where size or colour exchanges are available (e.g. clothing, footwear), Larenty offers the possibility of exchange within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt, provided the product has not been worn and is in perfect condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. Shipping costs for the exchange (returning the original product and sending the new one) are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated in specific promotions.
4. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
For reasons of hygiene, safety or the nature of the product, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect. These include, but are not limited to:
- Personal hygiene products (e.g. cosmetics, perfumes, make-up) with broken seals.
- Underwear and swimwear (if the hygienic protective seal has been removed).
- Perishable goods.
- Software and digital products after download or activation.
- Personalised or bespoke items.

5. Refund Processing
The refund processing period begins from the date the returned product is received at our distribution centre and the inspection is approved. We will endeavour to process all refunds as promptly as possible, within the timeframes stated above.
